The modular builder works with a head contractor who is running the site and delivers the modular building with on façade, roof and floor system. The fit out of works and site works is completed by head contractor.

Warm Shell/Modular Building Only

The modular builder works with a head contractor who is running the site and delivers the modular building finished. The head contractor only completes services connections and site works.
